I have worked with Jessica twice; once to buy and once to sell a house. I really can not imagine having gone through either process with anyone else. She literally does everything possible to reduce the amount of stress and "busy work" that the entire process requires. I feel confident that she always had my family's best interest in mind when it came to pricing and negotiating as well as navigating the offer/bid game so I got the best financial outcome possible. She also has always referred the best value/quality workers (plumbers, flooring, general contractors, mortgage brokers, etc...); she has such a good network of trustworthy people. I also feel that she was very mindful about making sure my family ended up in the right home for us. She really listens to your desires and makes sure your needs are met in terms of finding the right home. I would not only recommend her, but have watched many friends that have used other brokers go through so much stress and frustration that I was spared because I worked with Jessica. I can not recommend her more highly.
