I am not sure if I can get the place I have now if it wasnt for Neil! I can find a place I like this minute and in an hour, he can provide all the specs and set up viewing appointment and be ready to submit an offer. He is a master in following up with the selling agent and making sure we know and do exactly what is needed to win the offer. The process of getting my house was 3 days; from me finding it to submitting an offer - Neil got it done! Between the hours of offer due and seller making a decision, Neil was providing updates and checking in with the seller agent constantly to make sure we can seal the deal. I was so thankful. He is very good at establishing a relationship with the selling agent early on to, again, get what is needed in order to secure the offer. He is outspoken and a go-geter! He is very proactive and responsive; which what made me wanted to work with him in the first place. He is also resourceful. He knows a great lender and has a team of advisers. He understands buying a house is a emotional process and he was there for me every steps of the way.Thank you Neil!

Johnny and I were connected via Trulia back in January when I was looking to purchase my first ever piece of property. I had never used Trulia for finding a realtor, but it was pretty straightforward. We connected over the phone at first.
