Melissa was absolutely the right choice for helping us sell our home. From start to finish, she was the most professional, well-prepared, punctual, organized, knowledgeable and responsive of all the realtors we interviewed. She was fair and honest during her walkthrough of what we needed to accentuate, and what we needed to fix. When we needed assistance to find some contractors to do some repairs and touch-up work, she had an immediate list of reasonably priced options that were responsive and got the work done on time. She brought in an excellent photographer who really made our place shine in the online and print listings, and then kept us posted on the metrics of site visits and other key performance indicators. She aggressively showed the house and kept us posted in real-time as to their feedback so we could decide what to do. When we got an offer, she provided excellent guidance on reasonable counteroffers and items to negotiate in the final offer, making the process was incredibly smooth. Additionally, most of the time that the house was on the market I was traveling for work internationally, and Melissa was able to keep the momentum and clear communications going via email, text and phone calls and online e-signatures despite my real-time availability challenges. If I buy or sell again in the future, Melissa will be my only call for a realtor.
