Sue helped me and my wife purchase our dream home in South Land Park this past year. Her strength was knowledge of the Sacramento real estate market, her actions to determine as well as possible the house and its features that we wanted, and finally, a personality and demeanor that made it extremely easy to interact with her in all matters related to real estate. A most pleasant person with objectivity and concern for us. I cannot think of another person who would have ever been able to transact the real estate deal that Sue performed for us. Sue's designation as a senior real estate specialist is not just a credential, she actively uses her training to help this specialized group, of which I and my wife am a member of! Even after the closing date, Sue continued to help us with securing top-notch tradespeople for work we wanted to undertake in the house we bought. Her concern and care for her clients is exemplary, and does not end with a commission, unlike so many Realtors. We will remember her not only as a Realtor, but as a friend.

Tim is a fantastic realtor and made our homebuying experience a breeze. We were first-time home buyers, and Tim was very patient in explaining the buying process to us. We felt immediately at ease after meeting him. Being a local, Tim had the inside scoop on all things Sacramento. We're from outside the area, and his insider knowledge really helped us narrow down the neighborhood that met both our budgetary and lifestyle needs. He's also helpful in determining the "potential" of a house and whether our remodel ideas were over the top or perfectly feasible. We had a lot of big ideas ;) Tim is SUPER RESPONSIVE and worked around the clock to help us close the deal on our house during a competitive bidding process. This guy doesn't leave you high and dry whatsoever. He's also very personable, sentimental, and even checked-in on us weeks after our purchase to ensure everything went smoothly. I'd definitely use Tim again for our next home purchase. Five stars!!!
