Amanda was not even my first choice. In fact, I had no idea who Amanda was when I was selling my house. After a rough patch with some really bad realtors, I started to look through my mail from all the spam I was getting to hire a realtor. Amanda's letter was among those, and the reason I chose her is because she didn't have a printed out card asking for my business. She actually hand wrote the card and signed it. If someone is willing to do that, then it is definitely worth giving that person a shot. She was pretty awesome and professional the entire way. Being military and having a wonky schedule, she was able to help us out through all of our demands and weird time periods that we had to deal with, me working nights, she would work around that, even when potential buyers wanted to view the home early in the morning while I was asleep. That was just one of the many things she helped do for us. Even when we had hit some pretty big lows, like when we had a buyer, but at the very last second backed out, she remained positive the entire time. She restored our faith in Golden Key as a company, and she was just overall fantastic and nice throughout the entire house selling process. I will definitely recommend her services to all my military brethren, and push people in her direction for business, thank you so much Amanda.
