I had 7 realtors prior to being introduced to Tracey. One even worked with me. Tracey sent me listings I had never seen before, in the area I was interested in. She worked with the listing agent and in 3 days there were at least 3 offers on the property. We placed a bid on the house and Tracey called me that weekend to let me know that a cash offer bumped my offer, even though it was lower. The following Monday, I suggested that we continue the hunt. Tracey said, let me call you back. She called me back to let me know that the cash offer fell through because of excessive demands. She also told me that if I raised my offer a few hundred dollars, it should be mine. I raised my offer $1000 and she called back in 20 minutes to let me know that my offer was accepted.
