Carlos Hernandez and his group were absolutely instrumental in the successful sale of our home. We would without hesitation refer him to any of our friends or family. In our neighborhood there are only 12 custom estates and it was important to us to not only sell, but sell for the most amount of money. There were other agents in our neighborhood who claimed to be the area specialist, we simply were not impressed with the length of time it took the other agents to sell a home nor were we impressed with their marketing/effort. We chose Carlos because he was marketing a 22 acre lot in our neighborhood and we were thrilled to see him out knocking on doors and letting the neighbors know the lot that was for sale. We were also thoroughly impressed with the marketing materials including the professional videos and advertising. Carlos sold our home for full asking price in less than 60 days at $1,799,900 and not a penny less! It was a pleasure working with Carlos. I believe we came into contact with each other from an online lead form and then Carlos immediately reached out to me. I was impressed because most of the other people that called me didn't bother to spend much time talking to me, maybe thinking that I wasn't a serious person in the market. Carlos took more of an approach of assuming that I was already a serious buyer- which is something I admired right off the bat. He also did not come off being very pushy or anything- he was more focused on delivering me information and value on what I was curious about. Most of the other agents that were reaching out to me seemed to be very focused on themselves and ways they can sell me. Also, Carlos drove us around for 3 days going door to door looking at properties. I think it was one of the last listings on day 3 that I decided to pull the trigger on. When selecting an agent, it was important to find someone who I knew I could trust. From the very first day, Carlos laid out for us everything we needed to know, from past and current market trends, to what his approach would be in selling our current home and getting is into our next home. Carlos was in constant communication with updates and guiding us in every step of the process. Anytime I had a question or concern I knew I could count on Carlos to have an answer or provide some additional insight. He is very resourceful and has an amazing team he works with. He went above and beyond with the marketing of the property we were selling by utilizing the latest technology, have you ever had a short film created to showcase your home beautifully or have had your entire house 3d scanned by some high tech cameras so anyone in the world can do a virtual walkthrough? I have! In a competitive market it's all about presentation and some photos from an agents cell phone and a picture slideshow is not going to cut it. With Carlos we felt like we were getting the 5 star, 5 diamond treatment. He was able to get us over asking price on our home and even get our next home under asking price!
