We listed our house with another local York County realtor prior to working with Bridget. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism of this realtor. Once we parted ways, we were referred to Bridget and after meeting with her we knew we were dealing with a true, knowledgable professional. I would highly recommend Bridget to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease a home. She is so knowledgable about the area and real estate in general. She was able to help us both list our home for sale and for lease. She used every type of media at her disposal to get exposure for our home. Bridget worked tirelessly to bring new people to our house weekly. She was very honest and straightforward about pricing and used the comparables to list our home in the correct price range. She followed up on every showing and communicated with us what the status was with each potential buyer. She showed the house as a rental and sale property equally regardless of the difference in commission. When we did finally lease our home, she negotiated even better terms than we had originally asked for! On top of all of this, Bridget is warm and so easy to talk to. She makes you feel at ease and clearly has a great re-pore with her clients and potential buyers. Her assistant April is wonderful as well. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Bridget and Keller Williams by extension. If you need a realtor, look no further.
