During a trip to Tahoe last year, my husband and I decided to just check out some houses in the area. We selected Coldwell banker based on a Yelp review and were fortunate enough to meet Anna McGee in the office. Anna is professional, incredibly knowledgeable of the local area, and just a wonderful person to tour houses with. She is informative, patient, pleasant and not pushy at all. As buyers from out of the area, she helped us understand the challenges of owning a second home and of dealing with the more extreme seasons in Truckee. She skillfully helped us with submitting a competitive offer. Once our offer was in and accepted, Anna and her team were amazing in handling all the paperwork, details and inspections. Since we were out of the area, it was such a comfort to know that her team was expertly handling all these details that we couldn't be present for. Highly recommend!

Anna was wonderful to work with! We had been looking for a vacation home in the Truckee area for a few years and were working with an agent who was sometimes slow to respond. On one occasion when we could not get a timely response on a particularly interesting property, we contacted the listing agent, Anna! Anna called us right away and was super helpful. Anna took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and to also fill us in on details about the area that, despite years of looking, we still did not know! Anna was diligent about alerting us to any potentially interesting property but at the same time was not overbearing or pushy. When the right property came along, Anna guided us to make an offer that we felt great about and that won out among numerous bids. Anna went over the top to help us all the way through closing, assisting us through some unexpected bumps in the road.
