Carlos Salinas, was our realtor for a property, that had an offer on it, Carlos negotiated for us and we were in contract almost immediately, he was at every appointment, reassured us every step of the way, that he would help us in our new home journey, he introduced us to a mortgage person who as well is amazing, our attorney , whom I adore, Carlos has treated my family as if we were his family. Even after our sale he could have walked away, but not Carlos, he referred me to his contractor, talk about going above and beyond this man has done everything and more to make our journey the Best that I could have had, and with the coronavirus all in effect all during the purchasing of our home . I strongly recommend anyone who is in the prospect of purchasing a new home, you look up Carlos Salinas, you will not be disappointed !!

Kristina is an absolutely outstanding agent and person. She's extremely knowledgable and helped us (first time homebuyers) navigate a crazy housing market to find our dream home. Super responsive; she makes herself available 24/7 to jump on the phone to answer questions or set up a private showing and drive across long island at a moments notice. Kristina always had our best interest in mind - early in our home search she noticed that there were some red flags with a new construction we were pursuing. She took it upon herself to investigate what ended up being a questionable situation and advised us to pass on the opportunity - saving us what could've been a major headache. We could not be more appreciative of her patience and hard work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
