I was a first time home buyer I have been working with Eileen Kelly Flynn for quite some time. We have not always seen eye to eye during this process but based on our latest interaction I can't turn a blink eye to the mistreatment I have experienced. From Eileen making comments about how I can't afford the homes she shows to other customers, to all the deterring comments she makes on the types of homes i look at to telling me that I shouldn't offer less on a home that was listed for 219k because the seller is on a fixed income and needs the money to buy a new home. As my realtor she should do what she could to help me and not advocate for the seller. She also went out of her way to telling me that your company brought one of the property's I was looking at. I have explained to Eileen many times that I am new to this process and need help. I get that my price range is very low in compared to this housing market but the worst of it all was the way she spoke to me this weekend. I asked her why she needed a picture of the check for my earnest money on this offer when with another offer we submitted it didn't need it. She said "because it's required" instead of explaining it. She then calls me and tells me "your making it seem like I'm trying to take your money" I tried to explain that I just wanted to know the difference. I then told her that I didn't have any checks she said "oh you don't have a check book" in a very nasty tone. Then proceeded to have a yell match with me until I hung up because we were doing nothing but going back and fourth yelling. At this point I feel as though Eileen will Never try to make a deal in my favor but instead try to either make her wages or do what she can to help the seller. Eileen even told me that the owner brought It for 35k in 2019 and that she wasn't going to waste her time and do a title search on the property but when I advocated for myself she told me that I should offer she low because the seller should make some kind of money from the sell.I truly feel either she was sick of working with me or that she keeps trying to push me toward homes I don't want just she she can make her money and doesn't feel like she's wasted her time. This do far had been the worst experience and if home buying is this horrible I'd rather stay where I'm at then to ever deal with a realtor again.She emailed me saying aEURoe I am respectfully ending our business partnership. Unfortunately, we seem to be spinning our wheels with your search and your anger towards me this past Sunday made me realize I am no longer able to help you.aEUR?I believe Eileen was only out to make money and not to help me as her client. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.
