Kristin helped us to sell our home and then buy a new one (Costa Mesa then Huntington Beach). She is truly a consummate professional who knows the Costa Mesa market inside and out. She is an amazing aggressive negotiator, right when we needed it. For our sale, she helped us immensely with the end stages of finishing a very large remodel. If you ever need this - go with Kristin - she truly helped us finish our house so that it was the most marketable. She referred contractors, advised, brought in designers, and more. And, this was months prior to putting the home on the market. She helped us to price and then market the house flawlessly. Sale was quick and without a hitch. For our new home, she helped us to secure a relo property and negotiated aggressively on terms, credits, close dates, etc. I would use Kristin again and again. Worth every penny!
