I hired Robert Cohen to sell my home in Lexington this summer and he was outstanding.I spoke with Robert and then met him at my house. He spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information on comparisons in the area.My house was 68 years old and needed much work. Robert went through the pros and cons with me of selling my house to a private buyer vs. a developer. He assessed my house based on its conditions and determined that a deal with a builder at the right price was the right approach. In a couple of days, he was able to pull together a top-notch deal with a developer. My house was under contract 4 days after I met with Robert. I accepted and Robert walked me through every step of the closing process. What is impressive about Robert is his deep connections within the real estate community and his large network of contacts. Some real estate agents try to impress you with their Mercedes and fancy clothes. Robert impresses you with his smarts to figure the right deal for you and then deliver on that deal using his vast network of contacts and deep knowledge of the business.
