In March of 2013 I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Amy Mosley with Century 21 Masters. I had been attempting to sell my condominium myself. It was a sellers market and I had been approached by Realtors to sell it but everyone was trying to lower my price. Amy was the first and only agent to approach me and ask me what it was that I wanted. I did not need to sell my condo but was willing to sell it if I could receive a specific dollar amount when the deal was done. She was very open and insightful as to my needs and was very open to discussing the current market opportunities because of the timing. She was more than willing to work for me and had a plan to accomplish my goals. Amy presented a very specific plan and time table and told me exactly how things would work. She also did not need a very long term contract and we agreed to terms very quickly. During our negotiations she was always keeping me up to date and it was always easy to contact her. Her plan worked exactly as she had described to me and within a week we had multiple offers and multiple counter offers and a sale with great terms. She was very busy for that time period. The property was in great shape which helped but we closed within a couple of weeks and I received the dollar amount I wanted. The time and effort she saved me and the results she obtained in the brief time period was well worth the expense. I made more money in a brief period than I would have if I tried to sell it myself. The huge benefit was that everything was taken care of and I truly had the easiest real estate transaction of my life. Amy was very honest and open in her negotiations and extremely ethical in all regards. I am very sure it was a good deal for everyone and it was pleasure to have worked with her. If I have another real estate transaction I would love to work with her again and can enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling real estate.
