A year ago, I came to Colorado to visit family. My husband who was interested in moving to this area, but unable to make the trip out, urged me to go see a house he had found on line. We still had our house to sell, and Colorado wasnt a aEURoefor sureaEUR? thing at that point, so I had reservations about interrupting an agents busy weekend schedule to meet me at the property. But, my husband won out and I made the call. Not knowing anyone in the area, I figured I would get someones assistant to meet me, but instead I was pleasantly surprised to meet Sheryl. She was very friendly and warm, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I explained our situation to her, and even though my scenario pretty much confirmed I was nothing more than a looky-loo, she was gracious and unhurried, answering all of my many questions. The following months brought much indecision for my husband and IaEUR| areasaEUR| pricesaEUR| square footageaEUR|. should we move at all?? Throughout the year, Sheryl stood by, always available to listen to our concerns, offer encouragement when it was needed, and sometimes even putting the responsibility of a decision back on our shoulders, where it needed to be. With her help and guidance, we finally made it to Colorado and are enjoying our home. We appreciated her extensive knowledge of the area and of the real estate business in general. Most of all, we are thankful for her support and friendship during this stressful time.
