Jim and his team made the somewhat stressful process of negotiating and buying a home fun and easy! He is extremely organized, responsive and knows the Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg area very well. We took Jim's negotiation advice and ended up getting a good deal on a great home.Jim always has his phone on to answer calls and emails. We even called him at 8p on a Friday while he was out to dinner and he took our call.We were in good hands with Jim and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He has a long list of contacts that helped us after we moved in, like carpet cleaning. We feel like we got better service and pricing from mentioning Jim's name.Overall we were very happy with the experience! We worked with other realtors in the past, but none of them seemed to care as much as Jim.
