His experience and knowledge provide such a huge advantage to you, whether you are a seller or buyer! When we first were considering selling our property, we met with Ben. He came prepared with a binder full of information to help us better understand the comps in the area, the estimated closing costs, and a list of reviews. Not only that, but he made it very clear that he was always going to look after us, even if we decided not to use his services in the sale of our property. Who does all that work with no strings attached!? We knew within the first 10 minutes of meeting Ben that he was going to be our guy. Ben helped us sell our home - $100k over asking with over 10 offers in the first few days! He made sure the process was smooth and hassle-free.
