Michele is a very responsive and assertive Realtor. We used her to buy our house in May 2019. She texts and/or calls back very quickly. If she is working with another client, she will send a quick text back letting you know that she will get back with you as soon as she is done. I appreciated that as we know she does work with several clients at the same time. She also was very quick to get us in new listings which was important as we were buying in a very hot spring market. New listings were selling fast. After working with several Realtors prior to her who were less assertive when presenting our offers (yes, plural), it was refreshing to have Michele's assertive nature at work for us. She was on the ball and not only wrote and presented our offer quickly but obtained a very quick response from the seller's agent. We had an agreement that night! She definitely was a true Buyer's Agent in that she negotiated in our best interests. Other Agents just seemed to want the deal to be done quickly and did not always seem to be working on our behalf, even though they were our agent. Michele was different. She truly wanted us to get the house for the best price and terms. She also recommended an additional home inspection request which the seller agreed to. She is personable, knowledgable and very fun to work with!

My wife and I used Michele to purchase our new home in Annapolis. We found her to be extremely professional, competent and honest. Since we were not living in the area, we relied on Michele to source all the information we needed in order to make a decision to purchase the property. Michele was extremely helpful in resolving issues that arose during the home inspection process. From the time of our offer through the closing, Michele was extremely diligent in all the follow up needed to conclude the sale. The property we purchased required extensive renovations, and as we are not in the area, she was a great resource for contractors and service providers. We ultimately hired one of her recommendations as a general contractor, who we never would have found on our own, and he has turned out to be excellent and very fairly priced. Her service, in addition to her honesty and congeniality, made the entire process a positive experience. Michele has our highest recommendation.
