Brandy was amazing! I moved to Florida from New York over the Christmas Holiday and she did not skip a beat while we navigated my long distance purchase through the busiest time of year! She was kind, patient,and professional throughout the 3 month process. Brandy really took her job seriously and made sure throughout the sale that I understood every detail and that I was comfortable with the final numbers.. She was highly proficient with the financial and legal aspects of her job; if she did not have an answer right away she would research the question until we had correct answers. Brandy is an amazing realtor and an awesome human being! She always made me feel comfortable asking her questions... even on Christmas Day!! A close friend is in contract with Brandy currently and is so pleased with her as well! I would give Brandy my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a pleasant home buying experience in SW Florida!

UPDATE: My previously written review represented my first home purchase. Since then, I got married, my wife and I sold our respective residences, and we purchased a home together. Brandy represented us in all of these transactions. My wife and I have come to think of her as a friend who happens to be our real estate agent, because we feel like she represented us with the same care and attention with which she would represent her own family. If you don't have an agent and you need one, you won't regret calling Brandy. She is outstanding, and we recommend her without reservation. -Rob and Lauren Hill Brandy was fantastic to work with, and was very adaptable to my busy schedule. She's very personable, she listened to what I wanted, and I felt that she always represented my best interests. She thinks creatively, and always had alternative solutions when "Plan A" didn't work out. She did a great job of helping me navigate through the entire process, and was always there with insight and advice when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Brandy to anyone.

Looking for that WOW-factor? Brandy the Realtor will deliver! We came across Brandy's contact information in an online review and have since felt that we struck gold. She was very attentive, focused on listening to understand precisely what we were looking for in a second home. Brandy effectively communicated across all channels (phone, email, text) in a timely manner (even during a hurricane!). It was clear Brandy always had our best interest top of mind as we walked through a number of prospective homes as she often reminded us of what boxes were checked for each one. It was also apparent during the negotiation and closing process when Brandy advocated for us while dealing with our lender, the seller and the home owners association to ensure it all came together for us. Brandy was always optimistic and determined to meet our expectations (and she exceeded them!). Her professionalism and knowledge helped make the long distance process simple and manageable.
