Natalie Lewis sold my house for me. Her expertise in market dynamics is impressive. She carefully listened to what I wanted and produced a very nice online ad for the house. She taught me how to (and got me to) make it presentable. She was quickly able to determine that my price was too high and gave convincing arguments and evidence to persuade me to come to a more realistic price for current market conditions, of which she has a firm grasp.The attractive and appealing online ad immediately started getting hits and then showings, but no offers. She saw that the problem was that the interior was too much in need of renovating to command the price set.
