I cannot put into words how amazing my experience was with Kevin and his team. I was selling a very high end home and felt that my choice in realtors would be a huge factor in both expediency, listing price and final sale price (by hundreds of thousands). My home did not have easy comps, the high end market was struggling, I still needed to prep it for the market, and I knew I needed a special high end buyer who may or may not have been local. If the value in my home was not portrayed and communicated in the best and most accurate way possible, I was sure that would swing the price immensely. After meeting with the top realtors in my area and feeling unsure at best, I hired Kevin on the spot at our first meeting and felt total trust from day 1. I had already seen the impressive marketing he did for some other properties (his videos far surpass others) and I knew immediately after our discussion that he was my choice hands down, no wavering. He was honest, intelligent, on top of his game, and his marketing capabilities were over the top. In retrospect, I can assure that Kevin went above and beyond and proved he truly cared about both the sale and me as a client. His team was expansive, Michele was amazing and a great asset to Kevin as they complemented each other wonderfully. They played a big part in preparing my home for the market and I am forever grateful for those unexpected efforts. The tools he has available for marketing (especially for high end homes) were way beyond my expectations and I am sure had much to do with the sale of my house in under a week for close to asking price! Kevin priced my house higher than other realtors, not to get the sale, but because he saw the value and was willing to work for that price, and he accomplished his goals which of course was a win-win for both of us. I also used him and Michele to find and purchase my new house, and all went perfect with that as well. There is nothing he and his team lacked, nor anything I can think of that they should have improved on. Kevin and his team were gold to me, and I would not be surprised if his business grows like wildfire and he ends up on top throughout his career. He really is an expert at what he does, and extremely likable and trustworthy on top of all that. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, as I cannot imagine he could disappoint.
