I want to start by saying, this review doesnt even do justice for what an absolute pleasure it was working with Carl! From the first time meeting Carl Demander, he has gone above and beyond for us. He was the listing agent of a home we were driving by and wanted to see. We called him thinking we can arrange a time to have him come show us the home, except he dropped what he was doing to meet us right there and then! We have never experienced such an accommodating gesture, especially from a realtor. We knew right away that we wanted to work with Carl. Our experience working with him has been nothing but stellar! Every time we wanted to see a house, he accommodated our requests. Every time we asked him a question, he responded right away. Every time we asked for guidance/advice we felt he ALWAYS had our best interest at hand and nothing but that! He has exceeded every expectation we have had and will ever have for what a realtor should do, or anyone in customer service for that matter. With poor and very disappointing past experiences with several agents, we were ready to give up on hiring a realtor altogether until we met Carl. Not once did we ever feel pressured or questioned his judgement which was a reoccurring experience for us with past agents. We trusted him completely to steer us in the right direction. As our ideal realtor, Carl Demander has been nothing but the most thorough, transparent, honest, trustworthy, and most professional person in real estate that we have ever met. And as far as our opinion goes, Carl should be the only agent representing Coldwell, and for any company for that matter, if you want to have the best experience possible!
