Sandy was a dream come true. She was exactly the person we needed to assist with this very scary process. We are a young couple, with two young kids, who have been renting together for almost a decade. We attempted numerous different times to start the house buying journey and never met an agent that supported us in a way that we felt like we could truly get through this process. Sandy takes a no holds barred type of stance for her clients with a passion you wouldnt imagine. She dealt with us like we were her own kin. Its a respect that is hard to put into words and amplified over and over again while you watch her go to work for you. Just a week prior, we were strangers. From the moment we started the process she wanted clear directions from us on what we were looking for, where we could bend and what was non- negotiable. We viewed about 4 houses with Sandy and were ready to put make an offer. My husband and I felt that the sellers has preconceived notions and that we werent going to be given a fair chance. Sandy had already gotten that sense and dealt with any adversity before it was even something that would be a problem for us. Our offer was submitted on Saturday. It was accepted the next day, Sunday. Sandy is always two steps ahead of everyone. Theres so many people involved in the buying process that it can become overwhelming. She was so informed that we were able to complete tasks before they were even asked of us by the other stakeholders. While the house buying process is nerve wrecking, tedious, and stressful, we would have NEVER been able to complete it and get a house we truly love if it had not been for Sandy. She will not steer you wrong!
