This is our second time using the Barwald Team and could not imagine trusting any one else with our real estate needs. From start to finish, the sale of our home was prompt, seamless and easy! The communication with both Lynn and Bob was immediate and thorough. The presentation by Bob was masterful and clearly outlined what to expect during the process as well as reviewing comps for the area so that we could determine a realistic selling price. Our house sold in one day with multiple offers including a full priced offer! We could not be more pleased with how everything went.
