This is our second time using the Barwald Team and could not imagine trusting any one else with our real estate needs. From start to finish, the sale of our home was prompt, seamless and easy! The communication with both Lynn and Bob was immediate and thorough. The presentation by Bob was masterful and clearly outlined what to expect during the process as well as reviewing comps for the area so that we could determine a realistic selling price. Our house sold in one day with multiple offers including a full priced offer! We could not be more pleased with how everything went. In addition, we had been looking to purchase a home in another state, the realtor we were working with was not giving us the same attention that we now know was available to us as a buyer. Lynn ended up referring us to a Coldwell Banker Realtor in our new area AND interviewing one until she found the perfect fit for us. The experience on that end has been stress free as well. My husband and I were relocating from Dallas, TX to the Palm Beach area for a new job. The first agent assigned to us was not so great...and we were then assigned Lynn & Bob. What a difference! Lynn was on it from the moment she received our information from the relocation company. After loosing a full day and a half with the previous agent, Lynn & Bob made up for it by having a list of properties with appointments ready to see the next day. They provided us with their own prepared Relocation Info packet for the Palm Beach County area, which was extremely helpful.Within 2 or maybe 3 days we had found the one to buy, 2 days before our decision deadline. Lynn was able to negotiate a closing date that was in line with the sell of our house in Dallas. She went above and beyond and made our buying process, from start to finish, as easy as possible.
