I'll start by saying that Jess is/was my former neighbor, but that doesn't mean she did any less of a stellar job. Several months ago my wife and I gave Jess a list of everything we were looking for in a home, but stayed we were in no rush. Well Jess kept that list in her mind and found us our dream home a month or so later through her well groomed contacts. We were able to see the house before it even went to market and made a competitive bid with her guidance. She was with us through every step of the way and we couldn't have gone through the rigors (and stressors) of modern home buying without her guidance and support. Jess helped us lock in an amazing mortgage and purchase price under what we thought was possible. I highly recommend her to all people looking to buy their first, second, or even fifth home. She knows what she is doing and works her butt off to get you the best deal possible.... plus she brings cookies by when she senses you are getting too stressed out.

Jesselyn embodies every superlative of excellence in every category. First and foremost, we trust her and admire her character. My wife and I met her about 3 years ago at an open house, and we knew back then that she was only real estate agent we wanted to work with. She facilitated the purchase of our Vista home, which was a crazy journey given that the owners of our rental condo decided to sell it during the holidays. Jesselyn was amazing and caring through the whole process. To keep this short I'll describe her personality traits. She is an optimistic problem solver who is incredibly personable, authentic, understanding, and honest. She isn't rattled by obstacle nor is she deterred by adversity. She is prompt, attentive to detail, and unselfish. Our buying process was so long because of our particular situation, and Jesselyn was never frustrated by any of it. She was so patient, and she never cut any corners. I have already recommended her to my family and friends. I could go on and on, but I think this abridged version will suffice.

In 2018 I received a card with an hand written note from Ms. Jesselyn Gulla a brief introduction, and invitation to work with her on the sale of my home. I had received numerous offers from "We buy Homes-AS IS" and had been used used to tossing all of those types of offers in the shredder. Ms. Jesselyn's card, as noted, was hand written and offered professional Real Estate service so I kept the card. I had been living in Japan and my contractor was busy doing updates. Even though I did plan to sell, I was not ready to list it. I had been given the name of another agent in the area and called him. I requested he contact me but he never did. By the time the upgrade project was nearing a finishing point, I reached out to Ms. Jesselyn and asked her about the market and what was required to list. She sent out a packet and we were off. Her initial target sale date was Early January or February 2019, however the contractor work was taking longer than anticipated, so we pushed the listing to the right. Meanwhile, Ms. Jesselyn saw to the details of scheduling the condo for photos, helped finalize the upgrades, assisted with selecting kitchen cabinets, tile design and even appliances to match the kitchen. When I saw the photos I was surprised at how nice the property looked, and saw that Ms. Jesselyn had added some area rugs, and plants to help the place show.Jesselyn even did some clean up around the home, and verified the garage was cleared out and the garage door operational. She coordinated with the Escrow company and walked me through the entire process start to finish while providing all required documents for signature by DocuSign. Jesselyn stayed in contact by phone, text and email and created a smooth and simple process. If I had other real estate needs in the area I would do a by-name request for Ms. Jesselyn Gulla. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thank you Ms. Jesselyn!
