Despite a purchasing process made extremely difficult by our lender's slow-moving progress and at times staggering incompetence, Bret professionally ensured a smooth purchase, and personally made sure all parties involved were informed and empowered, and made aware of all options. Leading up to the purchase, as we were looking at properties, Bret's availability and responsiveness were impressive. We were out of town during the shopping phase, and would show up with little notice to see if we could look at properties.
