We were referred to Brian by friends. We had our house on the market for about 3 months and decided to change agents. Brian told us the house would not sell for our listing price so we had to reduce. I will give it to him, we had a lot of showings and sold the house within a month, BUT....getting responses from him were terrible, and you can definitely tell he was used to selling much larger homes with much larger commissions and ours was not priority to him. I had to reach out to another real estate agent to get answers on some of my questions because we couldn't get them from Brian. The icing on the cake was after closing (which he didn't attend, but I do realize the agents don't always attend) was that he never called and thanked us for our business - until I sent him a text telling him closing went well. He called about 3 days later to "thank" us. I would recommend Linda Goff or Tatyana Makarov, which are the two agents I was able to get answers from, they do the job but they genuinely care about their clients. Brian is definitely only about the bottom dollar.
