Daniel helped us sell our home in Scotts Valley, CA this spring. We had been working with him for over a year while waiting for our dream home to pop up. We were finally ready to sell and got in contract within a week of the first open house having had multiple offers and counter offers. Daniel had hired a professional photographer that developed such amazing photos of our property we feel (and heard from others) how much this helped make our house look beautiful and get people to come and take a look. Daniel was so helpful, honest, professional, intelligent, caring and patient. He made really important suggestions and guided us in the right direction. When he arrived, he handed us a folder with the property?s detailed information and specs, including pictures. His professionalism is unsurpassed by any realtor we have met and work with (throughout the years, we have worked with at least 10 or more). He always listens to us carefully, and always understands our wishes completely and is mindful of our criteria and goals. He constantly and consistently searches for additional properties for us that are most suitable to our investment needs. Since we are extremely busy professionals, we cannot afford to work with anyone who wastes our time by having the MLS software email us constantly on everything that vaguely resembles our interest.
