Daniel Oster, Real Estate Agent of Zip Realty, came highly recommended by a friend whom he had aided in the purchase of a home. We met Daniel and were instantly impressed by his preparedness and his professionalism. We called him after we drove by a house we were interested in, and he met us at the property in less than an hour. When he arrived, he handed us a folder with the property?s detailed information and specs, including pictures. His professionalism is unsurpassed by any realtor we have met and work with (throughout the years, we have worked with at least 10 or more). He always listens to us carefully, and always understands our wishes completely and is mindful of our criteria and goals. He constantly and consistently searches for additional properties for us that are most suitable to our investment needs. Since we are extremely busy professionals, we cannot afford to work with anyone who wastes our time by having the MLS software email us constantly on everything that vaguely resembles our interest. In addition to Daniel?s years of real estate experience and expertise in this field, we also benefited from his background and education in finance. All of his recommendations to us have been on point. He patiently guided us through each of our multiple purchases through him. With his knowledge, he was able to skillfully navigate through all phrases of the negotiations. At all times, he safeguarded our interest. Daniel has excellent communication skills and can be reached any time to answer our many questions. He constantly goes above and beyond for us from day one. For example, we were interested in a property within the San Lorenzo flood zone and have questions and concerns about purchasing in that area. Daniel took it upon himself to research the history of the San Lorenzo flood zone and Santa Cruz County?s beautification Project. He educated us on the history, background, and current regulations of the area. His research helped us tremendously in making a wise and educated decision regarding the purchase of this property. We?ve now worked with Daniel for several years and purchased 3 multi-family investment properties with his help; we truly value his integrity. He has proven to be an invaluable asset to us. Daniel review When you mention to anyone that you are looking to buy or sell a house the first thing they say is ?do you have a realtor??. Then you are told how great their realtor is the greatest and you should call them. Well, unless they are recommending Daniel then they are doing you a disservice as the true greatest realtor in the area is Daniel. We have worked with Daniel to buy our first house, sell that house and now purchase or new house. Each time Daniel has gone above and beyond to help us out. With both times signing he has been there to explain the forms for us and help with our children. Something we honestly never expected of him! When selling our house he knew the right time to list it, how to stage and had contacts to help with every aspect of our move and sale. If you have any doubts how committed Daniel is then search for Big Foot Realtor on google and you will see that Daniel has one of the top three listings on Zillow! We couldn?t have wished for a better realtor at every stage of the process. I wonder if we might not have lost the bid on our current house if it wasn?t for the hard work on Daniel?s part to help us complete the deal and close in record time during COVID. When it comes to making a the right bid on a property then timing is a major factor and Daniel was there when we found the house we wanted. Now that we have purchased the house with the help of Daniel we have contractors and work scheduled so that we can get a lot of it out of the way before moving in or as soon as we have moved in.
