I first met Jackie last year. We met after she replied to a rental I was interested in seeing. I sent a request at 7:30 in the morning and by 7:45 that same morning she called.I'll never forget that, I never had any realtor reply so quickly.I knew at that moment in my mind she would be the right agent for me. She was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowlegable in real estate.We kept in touch while I was searching at least 1-3 times weekly. Whenever a rental was available to see, Jackie would always work around my schedule to accomadate me.After, searching and looking at many rentals, I decided not to leave the townhouse I'm currently in. My landlord asked me to stay & lowered my rent for affordability. I already miss the e-mails, texts and calls with Jackie.She was always a pleasure to work with and be around. Of course, when I'm ready to rent again in the future or perhaps purchase a home, I will definetly call Jackie.Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a real estate agent and look forward to working with her again in the future. I would like to add to my review of Jackie. I reached out to her again a few months ago, when I decided to pursue the purchase of a home. Jackie, again did not let me down. She went above and beyond in ways I truly would never expect.While searching for a home, I ran into obstacles trying to obtain a mortgage. Jackie was there for me every step of the way; during my rants of frustration emotional tearful breakdowns any time of the day or night. She encouraged me to not give up, and assisted me in pursuing the American Dream! With Jackie's persistence and encouragement I was able to find a home and obtain a mortgage. Had it not been for Jackie, I DO NOT believe my dream would have come true! I am extremely grateful to her and highly recommend Jackie for any prospective renter or buyer.
