I cant even describe how happy and thankful my husband and I are that we have had Manny as our realtor not only once, but twice now. Manny is one of the most trustworthy and hardworking people Ive met, not just in real estate, but in life. He made us feel like he was helping a family member, going above and beyond for us to get things done. When we first moved out of state, Manny was able to sell our house for full asking price in just two days! He coordinated everything for us which was a blessing since we moved half way across the country. Weve recently decided to move back to the area and Manny, once again, made the entire process smooth and seamless for us while we are still living far away. Manny is so knowledgeable about the area, the market, and fair pricing. He got us everything we wanted out of the sale of our first home and he wouldnt let us get a bad deal on buying a new home. He went to countless houses for us while we were unable to come into the area to look and uploaded tons of videos so we could really feel like we were walking through the homes. I know this took him a considerable amount of time, and yet we always felt like we were his only customers. I want to say thank you Manny. You got us our dream home and we are thankful to have you as both our realtor and our friend!
