I highly recommend buying a home through Terrence. My wife and I purchased a wonderful home that was made possible because of him. We were moving across state-lines and were way over our heads in understanding the Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Terrence helped make recommendations of good areas to live, pointed out pros and cons on individual homes, showcased a wide variety of homes and had a huge impact on the closing of the home itself. He stayed up late (at one point we were talking at 11:00pm!) to ensure our offer was accepted and later that the closing went well. He had recommendations for which inspectors to use and helped facilitate the closing paperwork. He held our hands throughout the entire process and was always available to answer our questions.
