I am a young, first time investor with no clue what I am doing outside of reading books and talking to people. Ive had realtors In the past that have done nothing for me. This has caused me to be very hesistant with trusting realtors to help me with my searches. When I met Keith, I immediately felt that he was the right realtor for me. He has been nothing short of professional, knowledgable, accessible, and above all, an extremely hard worker. Hes answered every question Ive had to the best of his ability without any fluff. Hes been more of a mentor than somebody that works for me. When I bought my first duplex, the process couldnt be any smoother with Keith backing me up. Linda Rosen ? 5 star I am a condo owner at the Marine Club and have had a recent pleasure of working with Keith Stallone on the rental of my condo. I live in California, and have never seen the unit, which makes the rental situation a bit more difficult (for me). Keith was a true professional from start to finish. Keith made things happen quickly and found great renters in a timely manner. What I liked most about working with Keith was that he always kept me in the loop on status. He sent me constant emails on the rental situation and what he was doing and inquiries by prospective tenants, which was very comforting. He ensured contracts were signed and rules communicated with the new tenants, ?crossing every T and doting every I?. He listened to my wishes and was super easy to work with. He took ownership of the entire rental situation, repairs needed and went beyond to ensure all went well .
