ValueI would like to share our experience while working with Carl. Before meeting Carl, we were unhappy with the services provided by other agents. We then met Carl. He seemed quiet and reserved at first. We explained to him what we wanted and what we needed. He was so helpful. He took the time to schedule our visits even though we sent him long lists of houses, even after hours. He had the patience to work with me as I was not only stressed out during the whole process, but I am also a picky person. He took the time to look at areas of the house that we wouldn't have even thought of looking at, which may be a potential risk to us or that could help us in making offers. He helped us in obtaining a mortgage in a timely manner when we were having issues with our first mortgage provider. He was awesome! I would definitely re ommend Carl to anyone in their house searching adventures!! 5 stars! He eventually opened up after a few weeks, the guy has a great sense of humor...guess you would need to have one to work with me. LOL. Thanks Carl!!

Ken Viele was an absolute pleasure to work with. He knows the insides and outsides of homecare. His integrity speaks volumes as he would not recommend homes that my wife and I would have put a bid on due to his concern of possible future disasters that we were blind to. He truly cares about you finding the house you want and is never pushy. He is prompt with any communication, very personable, extremely knowledgable of the selling/buying process and home upkeep, plumbing, heating, and cogniscent of every imperfection a home may have. Ken is also a straight shooter who has been very honest about everything for our buying process. He was proven to be a strong negotiator as we had come across a few unreasonable sellers. Ken advocated strongly for our best interests. He is a rare commity, and I HIGHLY recommend him.
