We were introduced to Vlatka over three years ago, when we first moved to the Bay area and weren't sure of exactly where we wanted to live. After a number of weeks, we decided to rent for a bit before buying and what we thought would be three months, turned into three years. The time finally came for us to stop renting and buy a home in the Lamorinda area and Vlatka was exceptional at helping us find it, and then negotiating for us to buy it.
