Nancy Andreason (Broker, Century 21 Masters) did an amazing job in selling our condo. It took us several months to decide whether we would keep or sell the condo that I inherited from my mother. As Administrator of the estate, I was handling the sale without an attorney. And, because the property was in probate we were uncertain as to the rules for selling. Nancy was one of a number of real estate agents that contacted us regarding selling the condo. When we explained that the property was in probate, Nancy said, ?no problem,? as she has extensive experience in handling properties in probate. We chose Nancy to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!! She prepared a comprehensive Market Analysis for us that included a Marketing Plan, Housing Report, Comparables, Pricing Info and information about selling while in Probate. Having Nancy handle the sale of our condo was a totally stress free experience. Since we live out of state, Nancy offered to handle everything in connection with preparing the property for the sale. She had a plan for some upgrades to refresh the condo. Nancy has all the resources at the ready and called in a painter, plumber and electrician to handle the upgrades at her direction. And when I say everything, that included shopping for appliances, delivering an old refrigerator to a nephew, disposing of unwanted items and professionally staging the condo. It never looked better! Based on the comparables, Nancy helped us decide on a selling price. Nancy listed the condo, put it on-line and the next day, held an open house. We had multiple offers and it sold within a week for more than the asking price. The escrow closed in 30 days without a hitch. We couldn?t be happier with Nancy. She is knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and personable. She was always accessible and provided the highest level of service we have ever had when selling a property. Not only is she a great real estate broker, she is a great person and we now consider her our friend. We highly recommend her!
