We were relocating from the Midwest and depended on our agent Theresa Dillon to find us a home that met our criteria. Theresa provided us numerous choices. She had great expertise and knowledge of the Local Market. When we were communicating with Theresa via phone or text she was extremely responsive. This was critical when working from a distance. Both my wife and I had great trust in Theresa, there was just that aura that she presented that made us feel very comfortable like we were in good hands. Apparently, NJ has different laws regarding real estate transactions than Michigan and she guided us through the differences and made sure that we were protected and always worked on our behalf and to protect our interests. We are extremely happy with our new home and Neighborhood!! In conclusion, she was awesome and we would recommend Theresa to anyone and would use her again if the opportunity presented itself.

Theresa Dillon of Weichert Realtors, Morris Plains, NJ was the real estate for the recent sale of our home. She was very professional in very step of the way. Theresa explained the entire process to us from getting our home ready, open house, media coverage, to final sale. She went over recent sales in our area to give us a good idea as to how to price our home (it was right on the mark). We were notified immediately whenever a potential buyer wanted to view our home and we always received immediate feed back. When we requested, she was able to recommend individuals (that we might use) for different phases (lawyers, inspectors, etc.).
