My husband and I were shopping for a house to buy in Florida from afar- our home in Massachusetts. We came across the Joe Murphy team online. From the initial phone call with Joe I felt I was in good hands. He was not the first realtor we reached out to, but he was the first to take us seriously and treat us like potential clients. He answered all of our questions and referred us to his associate Socha Taylor. We spoke right away and immediately we felt confident in her ability to help us find our next home! Every call or text was answered right away and she was knowledgeable, patient, honest and kind. Because we were house hunting from afar I asked my family living locally to look at houses on our behalf. Socha was fantastic about setting up viewings that fit all of our schedules. We would face time during showings so I could view the property as well. When we found the right house she negotiated a great deal on our behalf and walked us through every step of the process. She made a potentially stressful process easy and fun for us! Socha is an excellent realtor and a joy to work with.
