We have owned several properties in our portfolio as homeowners and professionals. The last thing we needed was a nagging agent eager to sell us a property.Bob Ulery and his team of professionals spent a year maintaining a cordial communication with updated information and useful input.Upon arriving in Lake Havasu City, AZ We began looking at homes with Bob's assistance. Through that informed process we chose a home that met all our expectations. When it was time to submit a bid on our home Sunstone saved us $20,000. When it came time for appraisals and financing they saved us an additional $6,000. You would be hard pressed to find their equal in this current market. You would also be challenged to find someone as friendly and comforting in the process of buying a home as Bob Ulery. I would highly recommend Sunstone Realty as your first choice when researching and purchasing a home or commercial property.

I started working with the Ticknor team in a quest for my families first investment property. I ended up doing all the leg work for finding homes and when I sent the list to the realtor in order for him to weed out the pending properties or properties with offers, he sent back a large list. We spent ten hours looking at homes and then found out later that evening that 80% of those homes already had offers or had already closed. I wrote this off as miss communication. We later settled on one home to put an offer on that was a short sale, which takes a while to close. We of course wanted to still keep our eyes open and when we saw a duplex in our price range we wanted to jump on it. He never got back to us and then stated he would not put offers in unless we looked at the home first (Please realize we live 2 hours away and work full-time plus go to school). We of course lost the duplex and that is when I decided to move on to another realtor. We decided to still keep the offer in and when the offer was cleared yesterday, he sent us an e-mail. All we asked was that he give us till Monday (5 days) for a final decision since we were in the middle of a deal on a duplex that would be finalized on Sunday. This time period was less than what it would have taken for us to do an inspection and this is the message we received from the realtor. . . _____________________________________________________________________This email is not written out of negativity just to explain to you in a very positive manor how this worksaEUR| So, take this as a learning moment.Situations like this are exactly why I didnt write you up on that duplex you wanted me to write your offer at, in Aloha. Not to mention neither one of us had seen it and the RMLS said major fixer. Writing multiple offers all over town can ultimately result in quandaries just like this where you are in a aEURoereal binding contractaEUR? with the seller and a bank accepted offer on the first property along with another one about to be accepted as well?How fair is that to the sellers or if you were selling your home? This property has multiple backup offers now waiting on your decision.I find it interesting that other realtors in this state dont hold to this standard, I do because I care about my clients and legally represent them properly.Ill see if I can buy time until Monday for you and get back with you on what the agent saysaEUR|_____________________________________________________________________Now I found this extremely rude. I would have defended his statement if we asked for two weeks, but common making our efforts sound illegal. This is just plain unprofessionalism.
