We met Kathy at an open house and after our first meeting knew right away she was the agent to help us find a home and sell our existing home. She understood what we were looking for and never pushed us into seeing anything that was not what we wanted or outside of our price range. She set the right expectations on the market and was very patient with us in the searching process. Kathy's knowledge of the area was key in getting our offer accepted once we found our house.
