Rons expertise and professionalism were key to my wife and I having a speedy and smooth experience from start to finish. We met Ron at a property that he had earlier that day sold, but despite getting ready to leave the open house was willing to show us other properties in the area. He was under no obligation to do so, and was very impressive with his knowledge of the area my wife and I were looking to move to. Upon showing us several properties in the area, we managed to find a home we were seriously interested in. He arranged to have a walk through with the selling agent for the following day. His commitment to service, and attention to detail even saved us from being cheated by the sellers preferred escrow company. I could not speak too highly of the service Ron provided, and would strongly recommend him to any and all that are looking for a real estate professional to assist them.

Lisa was referred to us by our lender, and we couldn't have asked for a better fit. She quickly grasped what we were looking for in a home and set about finding options. We wanted to be close to family, and Lisa clearly knew the area and what would fit in our budget. That was really important, because we didn't have time to waste.Lisa was tenacious, helping us submit strong offers on the first few possibilities. Though those didn't work out, she encouraged us to stick with it, helping us see that the right home was still out there for us.When we found that spot, Lisa continued to give us expert guidance in how to prevail among several offers. She even followed up with a utility company regarding an outstanding issue to ensure we weren't left to deal with it after moving in.While all of these things added up to a great home-buying experience for us, it was Lisa's communication skills and follow-through that we most appreciated. I was referred to Ron Pickett, a Realtor and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for a home for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Ron was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. . Ron always made the time. If it wasnt exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Mr. Picket is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home. It took 5 months. Ron worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my first home now, thanks to Rons efforts and Im very grateful. I love my new home. I would recommend Ron Pickett to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to sell you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.
