Ophir is the man. I have bought and sold my share of homes in my lifetime and countless agents but in no doubt Ophir is by far my favorite agent I have used. First of all, this guy is patient as a Buddhist monk. The process of selling a home can be frausteating. Dealing with idiot buyers and worse moron agents who rep the idiot buyers. Ophir was patient with all my needs and demands and I have to say I am not a easy man to please. Ophir not only sold my condo 2 month faster than I expected, he got 8% more than I've imagined. He broke our condo record for highest sold price for a 2br. Out of all these impressive qualities to have as agent, I was most impressed by how he filters all the garbage you deal with when you buy or sell a home. He makes your life simple, headache free and most importantly, you can feel the honesty and genuinity of this man when you meet him. Giving trust in someone to help you decided on a 1/2 million and up purchase or sale needs the right, qualified agent to assure the right decision at the right price and terms... Enough said!

Lisa was the best! She helped us with buying our first home. She took her time explaining everything throughout the whole process. During the search process, she was constantly sending us homes and made sure they fit our wants and needs. She made sure to look through all the fine details of the homes and gave great insight about things I never would have thought. Very helpful! Finally, when we began making offers, she explained the paperwork thoroughly and made it feel less overwhelming! After we got our third offer accepted, she went above and beyond in the escrow phase!!! Communication was 20/10! She was on top of every deadline and was there for us literally at any time of the day. Overall, Lisa is a rockstar and we would recommend her to anybody. Her knowledge and experience in the field is top tier. She really cares about her clients and even after our sale closed, she is willing to help with any questions. Love her!

I have had the pleasure of having Lisa as my agent when buying and selling my house. My buying experience was amazing. Lisa walked me through the entire process from beginning to end due to me being a first time home owner. She was very flexible when scheduling time to view houses and when it was time to put down an offer, she worked great with the other agent and even hooked us up with a great mortgage broker. When selling my house, we received multiple offers, including a full price cash offer that was accepted within just a few days of the house being on the market. She worked great with the other agent to get everything taken care of within that first week and we were able to close escrow on time. Lisa works hard with her clients and gives them the attention they need. Even though I know I was not her only client at the time, I felt as though I was always a priority through the entire process.
