Tim quickly showed us that he had all of the skills you would want in someone representing your interests in a real estate purchase. So, what we would like to stress in this review are strengths that we felt were over and above what is standard.1) We were from out of state and had just listed our home so we were not in a position to make an immediate offer. That did not stop Tim from working with us and spending hour upon hour showing us property.2) He quickly came to know us and what we would and would not like to see, even as our priorities changed from time to time (or as he may have felt, daily).3) Tim was especially strong at making offers that were very positive for his clients, but that were also within the realm of being acceptable for starting negotiations with the seller.4) Once we had an accepted offer and we were not in the area, Tim worked with contractors and others in assessing the inspection issues. He got bids for repairs, met with contractors, and in every way assisted us by doing tasks we were not in a position to easily do. He even noticed a couple of plants in the back yard were not getting enough water and fixed a couple of sprinklers for us.Tim was both an advocate and a calm head keeping us all on track and moving forward.
