We couldn't be happier with the wonderful service and knowledge provided by our realtor, Steve Studnicki. It was a daunting task choosing a realtor for our parent's home from out of state. Ultimately we chose Steve because he was familiar with the area, his previous reviews from out-of-state clients and his detailed homework on both our parent's home and the neighborhood. He saw the potential in our modest home. Steve was an excellent communicator, gave superb advice and helped us navigate all the St. Louis rules and regulations. When it came time to put the house on the market we had offers within just a matter of days. Steve's diligence was instrumental in getting us the best price for our home. I highly recommend Steve Studnicki! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and took the stress out of the selling process even from several states away.

If you want to list your property then simply get any realtor; but if you want it sold, get Steve and you'll be happy you did! Steve is more than a realtor; more-so like project manager. His experience in the entire buying/selling process is second to none based on what I have gone through in past experiences. He gave a value what he thought the house would sell for and it was right on the money when we got our buyer. Trying to sell a property for my mom in the St. Louis area yet doing it 95% remotely from my home in Michigan, made me nervous and stressed to say the least. But Steve made the entire process easy from the first day he was chosen to the day it was sold (about a month and a half process start to finish). Steve took on the majority of the work including obtaining and scheduling contractors for necessary inspections and minor repairs, and kept me well informed of what was going on day by day. I could go on writing a book about my positive experiences with Steve; but just let me sum it up by saying "Choose Steve; and you'll be more than happy with the results!"
