As first time home buyers, my husband and I expected the home buying process to be super stressful, but we had Chris recommended to us by a family friend and he made the process incredibly smooth. We had been casually looking at homes for about a year and when we decided to finally search in earnest, I went into it thinking there was no way that we could find a house that we liked, in our budget, and in the area we wanted. After looking online ourselves for months and months, Chris found us our house in only a few weeks. My husband and I are also very cautious people and had 1000 questions about every step of the process. Chris answered all of our questions and never lost patience with us. Compared to other stories we'd heard about the home buying process, I think we had it as easy as it could possibly go. The best parts of our experience were his responsiveness and his knowledge of the area. He almost always answers our calls, and if he missed us, he'd return the call or text within minutes. It helps that he has also lived and bought houses in the area, so it felt more like working with a friend who just happened to be super knowledgeable about real estate. He also gave us great advice during the negotiation process when we were feeling a little out of our depth, and we ended up getting the house for exactly what we we wanted to pay. We have no plans to move any time soon, but if we eventually need to relocate, we'll certainly be going back to Chris.

I had the unbelievable fortune to meet Chris Rapacioli when he helped my Son buy a home earlier this year. My wife and I asked Chris to help us both sell our home that we lived in for over 23 years and buy a home closer to my work. It is difficult for me to put into words everything I want to convey about Chris and what he does. He is absolutely amazing he worked tirelessly on every aspect of both the sale of my home and the purchase of our new home. To say Chris Rapacioli is fantastic does not do the man justice. As a first time home buyer Chris was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I were in a time crunch in buying a home and Chris made it happen in only a couple months. He was 110% devoted to making this happen for us. On top of it he is completely honest and will tell you like it is. If he saw something wrong with any houses we looked at he would let us know, he didn't sugar coat anything and that is exactly what we needed. He would rather take a loss on a sale than have us get into something that would have possibly become a money pit in our future. He was always available for us and he would always always get back to us right away if we needed to discuss anything with him. He went above and beyond for us, and even at the end when there became an issue at closing with something on the sellers end Chris not only remained 100% optimistic, he jumped through hoops for us and made it happen. If you want someone who is honest, caring for what YOU need, attentive, extremely nice and who has a passion for what they do then I highly recommend Chris as your real estate agent.

There is not enough words to describe how pleased we were working with Chris during our house hunting/buying process. We started looking for a house two years ago and asked a friend of ours to help with the search. The process was not successful so both parties decided to part ways.
