There's no adequate way to explain how amazing it was to have Ben and Michelle as a part of my homebuying team. We had been searching for homes on our own, and we called Carrie about a home she had listed. The home we were interested in had just gone under contract (all too common during this time), but she asked us some information about what we were looking for. We had a very specific area we wanted to buy in, during a time when houses were receiving multiple offers the same day they were listed. Carrie reached out to her fellow real estate brokers and found us the perfect home that was about to hit the market. She managed to help us negotiate a deal with the sellers before they put it on the market, so we did not have to compete with other buyers. We got just what we wanted at a fair price and were very happy with her the rest of the way through the process as well. I know several people who have spent months looking for homes and continue to be outbid every time they put in an offer. I believe Carrie's assertiveness is what got us our house. I really feel that we lucked out stumbling upon Carrie in our search for a home.
