It gives me immense pleasure in writing this review for The Woodrum Team (Ben and Michelle). We recently purchased a home and The Woodrum Team helped in us in purchasing this property. They were so thorough with the processes and were very helpful throughout the process of the purchase. They helped us see many properties and they would immediately setup a showing when a property pops up in the market. I am extremely thankful of their patience in showing us properties at very odd times when necessary. The Woodrum Team helped us submit an offer to the house at the price that we felt was right. They did all the research and helped us with the appropriate pricing. We ended up choosing an online mortgage lender. And while the seller's agent did not have a good idea about them, they helped in explaining about this lender and helped us in getting under contract. Appraisal of the house came above the price that we agreed to pay for the house. Once we were under contract, they helped us with all the processes and sending us appropriate reminders. They guided on us proper inspection of the property. They also helped negotiate with seller on certain pricing aspects based on inspection report of the house. Throughout the process, they would be in touch with us, our mortgage lender and the seller to make sure things are progressing very smoothly. We wanted to move our closing date earlier than the original date on contract. They negotiated this with lender and seller and made it happen.
