Adrian has been so amazing to work with for us as first time homebuyers! Theres no way we wouldve gotten into the beautiful Layton home we did without him & we are so in love with our new home & neighborhood! I have to pinch myself to believe this is really our home! We knew close to nothing of the process... & we ended up having to find a home with our rent ending during a fast-paced sellers market, & he has patiently answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once for me haha... to help us understand, even drew the process out for me, & helped us craft deals to be considered & accepted by a seller in a pretty tough market. He is authentic & not sales-y, you can tell he wants to do right by his client & he takes pride in his work which is ensuring you are happy with your new home, & weve enjoyed working with him every step of the way. He has been completely available, quick, & responsive, & has given us great advice on choosing a good investment in Davis County. He knows the area very well & he is also a wealth of information about home building/renovations (every time we talk I learn something new), he knows a lot of other vendors like electricians, handy men, etc... in Davis County that he uses himself, so he can plug you into a network of who does good work in your local community as well. He asked great questions during our inspection on our behalf that I wouldnt have thought to ask & I felt confident that he was ensuring we got into a great home. Our process went smoothly from start to finish & we have already recommended him to all family & friends. We look forward to contacting him next time we are ready to sell this home as well... I couldnt imagine working with any other realtor after how great it was working with Adrian- he is a salt of the earth person, he has extensive real estate knowledge, he is always professional, & he also served our country in the USMC- I literally have zero complaints I could write here... If youre on the fence with which realtor to go with, give him a call & see for yourself like we did! Best decision we made with one of the biggest endeavors weve ever taken on!

Adrian Hicks is absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home. His work ethic and diligence was like no other and I believe he genuinely cares for his clients. There were several situations that arose while house hunting where his honesty and integrity came shining through! His candidness did not let us fall into any death traps or money pits that we would later regret. We started our search for a house and had to put our search on a 6 month hold. During this time Adrian would check in with us on occasion but was not pushy or forceful about re-starting our search. When we were ready to re-start our search he was right there. His patience and responsiveness throughout the entire journey was off the charts, in the best way. He was always available by phone, text, or email. If he was in a meeting he would send a quick text saying, I am in a meeting, I will get back with you shortly, and then did. He even responded to my inquiries while on a weekend getaway with his wife! I love that he has made a commitment not take on too many clients at one time to allow his time and attention to be concentrated on the few he is working with until they are finalized. His negotiation skills are another trait to speak about. They are respectful of both the buyer and seller and even helped us gain a change in seller paid closing costs from $0 to $7k! Creating a win-win for all parties.
