We chose Dan because of his local reputation and he came through big! During our initial consultation, Dan came prepared with a professional presentation that helped put our minds at ease and gave us the confidence to jump right in and list our home. After deciding on the time frame, Dan was quick to get our home listed on all major outlets including online, TV and through his vast network of connections. Within hours, we started receiving multiple requests to tour our home. Dan makes this process very easy by using an app to schedule appointments. He also follows up through text and other means as necessary. Dan was always very attentive to any questions that came up along the way. Our home was under contract with multiple offers within a few short days.
