Victor Velez is truly a talented and highly skilled realtor. I've known him for years, but it wasn't until I recently bought my first home that I got to see his work in real estate in action. My wife and I had our eyes on an historic home (built in 1860) for AN ENTIRE YEAR. Victor was there with is throughout the whole process. Needless to say, he's a very patient man :) We had tons of questions, having never gone through the home buying process before. Victor provided the most thoughtful answers to all of our questions and concerns. He's a respectful but effective negotiator. Every repair that was needed was made, and it was thanks to Victor's attention to detail. Most of all, he made the process EASY for us. Neither of us had the proper time to dedicate to buying a home, so Victor filled in for us. I trust him with my life. His communication skills are unparalleled. Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with! We closed on our first house this December, and definitely couldn't have done it with so little stress without someone as skilled and wonderful as him! He was very knowledgeable about the local market, and guided us into making a competitive offer (and gently told us when we were being too aggressive or what he thought would or wouldn't work). Throughout the under contract phase he answered every phone call/text/email imaginable from us, and kept us calm when we started worrying! After closing we found some issues with the house that weren't previously known, and even though his obligation to us was satisfied he went above and beyond to make sure we had the resources to resolve the issue to our satisfaction! We could not have asked for a better first time homebuying experience, and would 1000% recommend Victor to anyone looking for a realtor in the greater Philadelphia area!
