Eric and Sharla Stafford were referred to us by former neighbors and friends and we will forever be grateful for the referral. This is the first time we had sold a home and were in search of a new home. We had previously experienced a fairly awful home buying experience, but the entire Stafford Realty team brought a sense of calm to what can otherwise be a very stressful process and were amazingly patient with us in talking us off the ledge of waiting for something bad to happen. Throughout the home buying and selling process the Stafford Realty team stayed in constant communication, were thorough, and were able to provide referrals to reputable contractors to help us out with projects on both the old house and the new house. Other realtors were offering advice to make additional updates to our previous house, but Eric and Sharla had a keen understanding of the market and were able to offer reasonable recommendations for getting our previous home ready to be put on the market. This allowed us to sell our house within in just a few days and at the price we had hoped for. Sharla also was phenomenal at really listening to our challenges in our previous home and as we toured the first house together. She was able to help us think outside of the checklist that we had created for ourselves and encouraged us to look at different layouts to better suit our growing familys needs in the long term. We ended up finding what we hope to be our forever home in an excellent location that we had not previously considered and will accommodate the changing needs of our family. In an industry that can sometimes be wrought with misleading information and dishonesty we can say without a doubt that we have never met more honest and ethical realtors than Eric and Sharla. While we do not plan to move again anytime soon, the Stafford Realty team made the process so efficient and easy that if we ever find ourselves needing to relocate we definitely would choose them to be our realtors again.
