We can't enough good things about Eric, Sharla and Jane. We are out of state owners living 1000 miles away. We did our due dilegence and decided to use Eric and Sharla and boy are we glad we did. Every step of the process was clearly laid out for us, they took very professional photos and heavily marketed our listing, held numerous open houses and worked finding a staging company to make the house look its best. They made a stressful process much easier to deal with. When offers came in they worked very hard to make sure we got a satisfactory price rather than just accept what was offered. Then for some of the final inspections required in sales contract Jane was huge for us finding reasonable contractors to accomplish what was needed. I cannot say enough positive things about the Stafford team. Thank you so much for your outstanding efforts.
