My husband and I were looking for a second home in the metro area. Julia set up a search for us that allowed us to compare and contrast the home options and values across the city. She was realistic and honest in pointing out pros and cons of each area and type of housing. Being from outstate this was super helpful for us. She followed through and called to check in with us numerous times, always helpful, but never pushy. In the end we ran across a for sale by owner home we fell in love with. Julia still helped us out with doing a market analysis for us and giving her opinion. She offered to help us find a negotiator, attorney, etc to complete our sale.
