Met Tommy at an open house as I started the process of looking for a home in Duluth. He asked good qualifying questions as to what were my priorities related to the type of home I was interested in and I was impressed with his knowledge of the area as well as the market. As a result he became my realtor. We spent the next 12 months searching for the house that met the most of the priorities as listed in our initial discussion. As we looked at homes he was very helpful with objective opinions about the pros and cons of the specific real estate. Most importantly , he kept me on track with my number one priority, which was property on the water, as I we looked at other options. He demonstrated patience with questions and actions related to properties of interest. His follow up was excellent. Ultimately, we found a house on Park Point that met 9 out of the 10 priorities...Tommy, was great in taking care of all the issues and incidentals related to wrapping up the purchase. I would highly recommend Mr. Archer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Duluth area.
