Negotiated Short Sale, sold Condo in Mukilteo, WA in 2012Randall and Amelia are shortsale and distressed property experts. They literally got both of my mortgages to waive the entire deficiency of over $110,000. I had moved to California in early 2010 for a career opportunity and had been trying to sell this condo since April of 2010. Nobody could get it done for me and I had started my life over already in California. I was struggling to figure out what to do when Randall and Amelia were referred to me from a family member. They were the answer to all of my problems. They immediately took over the situation and called my bank for me. I never had to think about it again, they handled everything and gave me the peace of mind I needed all while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They got a pre-approved listing price from the bank, put it on the market in August of 2012. Had an offer within 4 days! That deal fell apart from the buyers financing.
